Buffet Work..

                                                     
     Blueberry spheres,coconut dacquoise, blueberry caviar, white chocolate and coconut soil


Pink Guava parfait, fennel mandarin salsa, vanilla scented figs and roasted black sessame



Alto e sol Peru chocolate, Dulche de leche, tennese whiskey, mud sponge


One of my favourites to play:  True Red Velvet cake and Cream cheese

                                                   
       Dark chocolate mousse, milk cremeaux, white chocolate whipped ganache, dark crunchy balls                                                                    and chocolate soil



                                           Raspberry vanilla crumble choux
